Dream

Woooohoooo! My first oil pic! It was lots of fun to do--I'll definitely be doing more in the future. it's so much easier to work with than acrylic!

'nother piece in my concentration--I'm wandering farther away from literal illustrations of the scenes in the Iliad and more towards the idea behind the scene. This was the part where dream was sent by Zeus to tell Agamemnon that if he fought the Trojans that day, he would win, when in fact Zeus would be working to make sure he lost. The original idea literally had lots of rainbows and swirly bits; I'm not sure what happened, but somewhere in the middle of the thumbnails it mutated into this.
